📝 Job Context / Description

LA`AM Ltd. is looking for a proactive Call Centre Executive (Telesales) to handle customer inquiries, manage online sales operations, convert leads into sales, and deliver excellent customer service. The position includes morning and evening shifts.


 

✅ Responsibilities

 

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Manage customer communication through phone, chat, and social media.
  • Convert online inquiries into successful sales.
  • Achieve daily online sales targets.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth order processing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Maintain high call quality standards.
  • Conduct proactive customer outreach.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Recommend improvements to sales and customer service processes.

🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills

 

  • Higher Secondary, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center or Telecommunication.
  • Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience is preferred.
  • Only male candidates are eligible.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in morning (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) or evening (1:00 PM–10:00 PM) shifts.


 

🎁 Benefits
